Reckitt — Online Global Event
Reckitt needed a new digital product experience to support internal teams with high-stakes decision-making during the COVID-19 pandemic — a tool that was fast, clear, and compliant while simplifying complex workflows across multiple teams and geographies. I helped lead the UX and UI design from wireframes through to prototypes and final delivery, ensuring alignment with Reckitt’s evolving brand standards. The resulting platform prioritised clarity and usability, reducing cognitive load and making key information easy to access, enabling teams to work smarter and faster at a critical time.
