The Challenge
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Reckitt undertook a major rebrand and launched it through a fully virtual, global interactive event. The challenge was to design a digital platform that could support live participation across multiple time zones while meeting enterprise requirements for speed, clarity, and compliance. The experience needed to bring dispersed teams together under a single, intuitive hub — without adding friction at a moment of organisational change.
The Response
I helped lead the UX and UI design from early wireframes through to final delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Reckitt’s evolving brand. The interface prioritised clarity, hierarchy, and ease of navigation, reducing cognitive load while making key information immediately accessible. Designed to support both live moments and on-demand engagement, the final platform provided a practical, well-structured digital environment that enabled teams worldwide to connect, participate, and move forward together.
